30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Defective or damaged on arrival
- Not as described on the product page
- Wrong item received
To initiate a return, contact us at support@flipsutra.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been used beyond initial inspection
- Items without original packaging (where applicable)
How to Return
- Email us at support@flipsutra.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI — please share your account details when contacting us.
Exchanges
We offer free replacements for defective or damaged items within the 30-day return window. Contact us to arrange a replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned upon delivery.
