At FLIPSUTRA, we want you to receive your order quickly and safely.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 999 across India. Orders below Rs. 999 incur a flat shipping charge of Rs. 49.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days to most Indian cities and PIN codes
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days for select PIN codes (available at checkout)
Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak festive seasons or in remote areas.
Courier Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart, selected based on your location for the fastest possible delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to Rs. 2,000 for most serviceable PIN codes across India. A convenience fee of Rs. 30 applies to all COD orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a real-time tracking link.
Unserviceable PIN Codes
If your PIN code is unserviceable, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order and receive a full refund immediately.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@flipsutra.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
